I was born in Costa Rica, raised in Oregon, and have spent the last decade living as an expat in Brazil, Spain, China, and now Japan. A sound bath is a deeply immersive experience where you lie down and let waves of healing sound wash over you. Using instruments like Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, the vibrations help guide your body into a meditative, restorative state—without needing to “do” anything.
